A magnetizing motor and a stator of the self magnetizing motor are provided to enhance an operation efficiency of the motor by driving the motor using a magnetomotive force and an induced electromotive force according to a rotating speed of the motor. A magnetizing motor includes a stator(110), a stator coil, an exciter coil(140), and a rotor(160). Plural stator slots and an exciter slot are formed in predetermined intervals along an inner periphery of the stator. Teeth are formed between the stator slots. An exciter pole is formed between the exciter slots. The stator coil is wound around the stator slot. The exciter coil is wound around the exciter slot. The rotor is rotatably inserted into a center portion of the stator. An exciter magnetizing unit is formed on the rotor, so that the rotor is magnetized by the exciter coil. A constant ratio is maintained among a width of the exciter pole, a length of a taper unit, and a length of a tip unit. The taper units are formed at both ends of the exciter pole. The tip unit is formed at an end portion of the exciter pole.
