摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power interruption procedure used for a fuel cell in such a way that a control unit monitors and controls a fan action inside the fuel cell, makes the fan continuously operate until a temperature difference between a fuel cell system and the outside gets small in executing power interruption command so as to avoid a short-circuiting phenomenon of electricity generated due to condensation of moisture in a power generating part of the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell includes a power generating part, a control unit, an inner load side, an outer load side, a fan, a pump, and a judgement means of a temperature difference between the fuel cell inside and the outside. During an operation state of the fuel cell, the control unit controls a continuous operation of the fan and the pump so that it can judge whether to go to a power interruption procedure. Steps of the power interruption procedure include, besides a selection of the control unit to go into the power interruption procedure, a selection of control of operation stop of the pump, judgment as to whether the temperature difference between the fuel cell inside and the outside is below a specific difference value through the judgment means of the fuel cell inside and the outside, and a selection of the control unit to control an operation stop of the fan in case the temperature difference between the fuel cell inside and the outside is lower than the specific difference value.
