<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing structure which allows vertical sliding by using an intermediate casing and rotating a casing after sliding. <P>SOLUTION: The portable terminal has a first casing having a display part, a second casing having an operation part, and a third casing having mounted components such as a speaker and a sub-display part. The first casing and second casing are coupled to each other by a rotary/slide component and the second casing and third casing are coupled to each other by the rotary/slide member as well.
