PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output device, the operating members of which are arranged in a naturally operable way. SOLUTION: A headphone 2 is provided with an operation unit 6 being a cross-key, and the operation unit 6 has five operating members 6a to 6e. The position of the operating member 6a is located at a back side and the position of the operating member 6b is located at a front side of a perpendicular line passing through the center of the operation unit 6, and a line tying the operating member 6a and the operating member 6b is tilted backward at the position of the operating member 6a and tilted forward at the position of the operating member 6b with respect to the perpendicular line. Moreover, the position of the operating member 6c is located at the upside and the position of the operating member 6d is at the downside of a horizontal line passing through the center of the operation unit 6, and a line tying the operating member 6c and the operating member 6d is tilted upward at the position of the operating member 6c and tilted downward at the position of the operating member 6d with respect to the horizontal line.
