PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of reducing line noise artifact with a simple configuration without using complicated arithmetic operations. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes: a plurality of pixels arranged in row and columnar directions and each including a photoelectric conversion element (102) and a switching transmission (103); a plurality of signal wires (110) connected to the switching elements in the columnar direction; a read circuit (105) connected to the signal wires; and power supplies (Vref1, Vref2) for applying a voltage to the photoelectric conversion elements, and is characterized in that the pixels are divided into a plurality of groups, and a plurality of the power supplies are provided independently of each other to each of the groups.
