PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit unit, a power supply bias circuit, an LNB, and a transmitter capable of suppressing oscillations of a board at a particular frequency, which cannot be suppressed by a normal bypass capacitor. SOLUTION: A bypass capacitor C2 is arranged at an end of a principal side of the circuit board 50. More specifically, the bypass capacitor C2 is arranged at a position at which a conductor pattern 51 is closer to the end of the circuit board 50 than a grounding pattern 52, in particular. By the grounding pattern and a throughhole electrode not surrounding the outside of a power supply line at this location, arranging of the bypass capacitor C2 to this location can suppress radiation noise from a resonance end face of the board, in particular.
