PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of stably diffusing the heat from a heat-generating electronic component. SOLUTION: A heat-radiating plate metal 31 having a high heat transmission rate is provided between a TV tuner 21 and a battery 4. With this configuration, the heat of the TV tuner 21 is diffused to the battery 4 having a large heat capacity and further radiated to the outside through a battery lid 5.
