PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body reinforcing structure of a convertible, which facilitates mounting of a reinforcing member. SOLUTION: A reinforcing frame A has a side sill reinforcing part 10 extended along a side sill inner panel of a basic vehicle body, a front cross member reinforcing part 11 for covering a front cross member of the basic vehicle body, a rear cross member reinforcing part 12 for covering a rear cross member of the basic vehicle body, and a rear floor center reinforcing part 14 extended from the central part of the rear cross member reinforcing part 12 to the rear side of the basic vehicle body. Since the reinforcing frame A can be mounted to the cabin inside of an under bodyαby weld fixing, mounting work becomes simplar and productivity is improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
