PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a liquid jetting head in which a liquid flow path formed by sticking two members on which electrodes are respectively formed so as to overlap the electrodes each other can be surely sealed without adding a new process, and to provide the liquid jetting head. SOLUTION: By sticking a first member 1 having an electrode 13 for applying an electric voltage on its surface and in which a liquid is supplied inside, and a second member 2 having a wiring electrode 22 arranged so as to correspond to the electrode 13 for applying the electric voltage of the first member 1 and having a flow path for the liquid supplied to the first member 1, the surrounding of the liquid flow path between the first member 1 and the second member 2 is made to be liquid-tight. In this case, the first member 1 and the second member 2 are stuck together after dummy electrodes 15 and 24 for holding an adhesive between the first member 1 and the second member 2 by a capillary force are formed in a region where the electrode 13 for applying the electric voltage or the wiring electrode 22 is not formed on an adhesive face of at least either member of the first member 1 and the second member 2.
