PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque intensifying tool having a torque intensifying means. SOLUTION: The torque intensifying tool has a driving part and the torque intensifying means functionally connected to this driving part, and can adopt one operation mode of rotating two output means at the same torque and rotating speed as torque and a rotating speed provided by the driving part and another operation mode of receiving reaction force of torque to the other, by rotating one of the two output means at a lower speed but higher torque than the rotating speed of the driving part.
