PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device for injection needle, in which an injection needle after use can be burnt up to the closest part possible to an installation part without forcing a user to touch the injection needle, and secondary infection due to a piercing accident or the like after the burning process can be prevented. SOLUTION: As an injection needle Aa is installed on an injector A after use, it is inserted into an insertion hole 4a of a receiving plate 4 till the injection needle Aa and the installation part Ab are protruded downward over a slit 3a provided in a top plate 3 of a device main body 2. A first electrode 10 and a second electrode 11 provided below the start end side of the slit 3a are short-circuited to each other by the injection needle Aa, so that the injection needle Aa is melted and burnt by current applied to the electrodes 10 and 11. After the burning process, a tip part of the installation part Ab where an unburnt part of the injection needle Aa is left and a base end part of the installation part Ab installed on a tip part of the injector A are cut by a cutting device 14 to be vertically separated from each other.
