PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transdermally absorbable medicine composition which is excellent in a transdermal absorption-stimulating effect, is low in skin irritation, and can suitably be used as a pharmaceutical preparation. SOLUTION: This transdermally absorbable medicine composition is characterized by comprising (A) a medically effective amount of meloxicam, (B) a diethylene oxide alkyl ether represented by the general formula (1) : HO(CH<SB>2</SB>CH<SB>2</SB>O)<SB>2</SB>R ...(1) (R is a 16 to 18C alkyl), (C) a solubilizer, and (D) an acrylic adhesive.
