SHEET MATERIAL TAKING OUT/FEEDING DEVICE AND SHEET MATERIAL TAKING OUT/FEEDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet material taking out/feeding device capable of preventing the sheet materials from being superposed and fed in a plurality of sheets while not requiring adjustment of suction force of a suction pad according to quality of material, thickness or the like of the sheet material. SOLUTION: The sheet material taking out/feeding device has a sheet material storage part 4; a lifting device 6 for lifting/driving the sheet material storage part 4 so as to maintain superposed height of the sheet material 2; an air blowing part 7 for separating a plurality of sheets of sheet materials of an upper layer of a superposed bundle by blowing air between the sheet materials; a non-contact drawing retaining unit 8 for drawing the sheet material of the uppermost layer of the plurality of sheets of sheet materials separated by the air blowing part 7 and retaining it in the non-contact state; and the suction pad 9 arranged near the non-contact drawing retaining unit 8 and sucking/conveying the sheet material sucked/retained to the non-contact drawing retaining unit. The non-contact drawing retaining unit 8 is provided with a nozzle for delivering air along a surface of the sheet material of the uppermost layer in a radial shape. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
