PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue paper case with a picture frame having abundant functions and is excellent in decoration performance. SOLUTION: At right-and-left ends in a case body 2, the upper surface the case body is openable and closable by a cover body 4, guide poles 7 stand upright, and coil springs 8 are mounted to the guide poles so that a paper-placing plate 9 to which sheets of tissue paper are placed is supported to be vertically movable and biased upward, and an a picture frame 11 one edge of which is opened is provided on the surface of the case body 2 with a spacer 12 and a surface plate 13.
