<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of achieving image formation excellent in image parallelism with simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A PET sheet 119 functioning as a transfer roller position adjusting member for adjusting the position of a secondary transfer roller 19 that is a recording body transfer roller with respect to a fixing nip forming member in order to adjust the parallelism between the fixing nip forming member and the secondary transfer roller 19 is stuck to a unit side contact part 104 of a sub turning unit 64 functioning as a recording body transfer unit equipped with the secondary transfer roller 19 and a double-sided unit 60 functioning as an opening/closing door which is opened or closed with respect to an apparatus body 50 and is positionally fixed with respect to the apparatus body 50 when it is closed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
