<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition useful as a bio adhesive or an adhesive for a surgical operation. <P>SOLUTION: This composition is useful as the bio adhesive or the adhesive for the surgical operation, and includes fibrillar collagen, a fiber disassembly agent and a multifunctionally activated synthetic hydrophilic polymer. Here, the fiber disassembly agent exists by a sufficient quantity for substantially forming the collagen in a non-fiber shape in pH7.
