<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick coupling capable of completely safe connecting mechanical parts of components of the quick coupling, being easily connected and disconnected and efficiently connected, and not needing an operational tool for its connecting and disconnecting. <P>SOLUTION: This quick coupling 1 comprises a female element portion 3 and a male element portion 2 threadably assembled to the female element portion 3. The female element portion 3 comprises an inner tubular body 8 having a bearing 11, and positioned on the bearing 11. The female element portion 3 comprises a plurality of radially extending hole portions 20. Ball elements 21 are engaged with the hole portions 20, and fitted in a circumferential slot formed in the male element portion 2. The ball elements 21 are radially locked by an enlarged portion 16 formed inside of a ring nut 15.
