PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To link contents of a TV broadcast and Web contents so as to meet characteristics of TV media. SOLUTION: In a DB 51, contents broadcasted at a time indicated by a time ID and identification information (still picture or music ID) thereof are stored in a record partitioning a program broadcasting time for a predetermined time unit. In a DB 52, an identifier of contents of the music ID or the like and a URI of corresponding contents are stored. In a DB 53, an ID and a mail address of a viewer who views the program are stored. When a present time is designated by the viewer during program broadcasting, the music ID is retrieved by the DB 51 based on a time ID corresponding to the time, and the URI of corresponding music data is retrieved by the DB 52 based on the music ID. The viewer who has designated the time is notified of URI by mail on the basis of the DB 53. The viewer is capable of obtaining the URI of the contents in the program nearly in real time.
