<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular steering device capable of stabilizing the vehicular behavior by reliably informing that the counter steer is necessary to a driver. <P>SOLUTION: A counter steer necessity determination means M3 calculates the wheel slip angle from the vehicular lateral acceleration, the vehicle speed and the yaw rate, and it is determined that the counter steer is necessary when the slip angle is not less than the threshold, and it is possible that a vehicle is in a spin state. When it is determined that the counter steer is necessary, a steering reaction force changing means M4 abruptly reduces the magnitude of the steering reaction force generated by a steering reaction force actuator Ab of a brake-by-wire type steering device only for a moment so as to promote a driver to perform the counter steer.
