PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning rotor for an air conditioner of a small rotating diameter while securing necessary strength and dust scraping-off performance. SOLUTION: This spinning rotor comprises a rotor 30 having at least one groove 31 in the longitudinal direction, and a cleaning body 32, and the cleaning body 32 is composed of a brush portion 32a for scraping off the dust on an air filter (not shown in figure), and a basic portion 32b to which a lower end of the brush portion 32a is fixed and which is fitted in the groove 31. When the basic portion 32b is fitted to the groove 31, the basic portion 32c of the brush portion 32a passes through a center C of the rotation of the rotor 30, and positioned at a side opposite to an opening 31a over a central line CL vertical to the longitudinal direction of the brush portion 32a, thus the rotating diameter of the rotor 25 can be reduced while keeping the dust scraping-off performance by securing necessary projecting margin from the opening portion 31a of the brush portion 32a, and the air conditioner provided with the spinning rotor 25 can be thinned and miniaturized.
