PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid drug delivery apparatus such as a drug delivery apparatus with high motion reliability which is enabled to suitably deliver a liquid drug by relatively simple architecture. SOLUTION: The drug delivery apparatus has a drug tank 3, a holder 5 for housing a delivery head 2 inside to deliver a drug, an outside air shielding member 10 for shielding and protecting the inside of the holder 5 from outside air, and a cap 1 for protecting the delivery port of the delivery head 2. The cap 1 is integrated with the outside air shielding member 10 to enable the outside air shielding member 10 to protect the inside of the holder 5 and the cap 1 to protect the delivery head 2.
