PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a map data processing device, a map data processing method, and a map data processing system for reading map data stored in a map data storage means by the first data unit by the second data unit larger than the first data unit. SOLUTION: Map data stored in a map data storage device 12 by the first data unit is read out by the first data unit to construct map data by the second data unit larger than the first data unit.
