PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a stress applied on a belt whose meandering is regulated. SOLUTION: The diameter of a driven roller 17A is larger than that of a driving roller. A guide member 32 is coaxially provided at one end part of the driven roller 17A. The guide member 32 is formed in the shape of a pulley. A rib 31 is formed at one end part of the conveying belt 16 along the moving direction of the conveying belt 16. The rib 31 of the conveying belt 16 is guided by the guide member 32, then, the meandering of the conveying belt 16 is controlled. Since the guide member 32 is arranged coaxially with the driven roller 17A with the diameter larger than that of the driving roller, the stress applied on the conveying belt 16 is reduced along with the meandering regulation.
