PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlayer film for a transparent laminate superior in adhesiveness to a transparent glass plate and transparent resin sheet, and, superior in noise insulation property at approximately normal temperature and a tranparent laminate made by using the interlayer film for the tranparent laminate. SOLUTION: The interlayer film for a transparent laminate comprises a phase formed by an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer phase and a phase comprised of a mixture of a resin having a maximal value in a loss tangent (frequency of 10 Hz) (tanδvalue) determined by a dynamic viscoelastic measurement apparatus of 0.5 or more in a temperature range of 0-50°C, and an oil, where both phases form a phase separation structure.
