PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convey/fold a bundle of sheets without generating turning up on the sheets of the bundle of sheets. SOLUTION: The finisher is constituted such that a pair of weak pressure folding rollers 37 folds the bundle of sheets by clamping/rotating the bundle of sheets pushed by a pushing member 30. Further, the pair of weak pressure folding rollers is left when the bundle of sheets is conveyed and is rotated in a direction conveying the bundle of sheets by a roller operation part 815, and they are brought into pressure-contact with each other when the pushing member performs pushing action and are rotated in a direction receiving the bundle of sheets.
