PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an exhaust heat recovery device capable of suppressing the damage of the exhaust heat recovery device even if a vehicle is collided from a side surface. SOLUTION: The exhaust heat recovery device 3 recovering the heat of exhaust gas passing through an exhaust pipe 1 of an internal combustion engine is provided at a lower part of a floor supported by both side members 11, 12 of the vehicle. Auxiliary members 15, 16 extending in a vehicular fore-and-aft direction is provided between both side members 11, 12 of the vehicle.
