PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for generating bubbles, capable of sufficiently generating minute bubbles to fill a liquid storage vessel when a gas-liquid fluid mixed with a gas is jetted in the vessel. SOLUTION: A gas-liquid fluid jetting means for jetting the gas-liquid fluid to the liquid storage vessel such as a bath tub comprises a nozzle member having a flow-in port and a flow-out port. The nozzle member is provided with a pressure reduced hollow part communicating with the flow-in port, and a barrier which allows the gas-liquid jet stream from the flow-in port to collide therewith is provided in the pressure reduced hollow part. The flow-out port having an opening area equal to or larger that of the flow-in port is arranged in the pressure reduced hollow part. As a result, the gas-liquid fluid supplied to the flow-in port is diffused in the pressure reduced part and at the same time, collides with the barrier to weaken the flow rate and after that, flows into the liquid storage vessel from the flow-out port. The minute bubbles are generated by diffusing the gas-liquid fluid in the pressure reduced hollow part and colliding with the barrier and are further generated when the gas-liquid having weakened flow rate flows out from the flow-out port and the liquid storage vessel can be filled with the minute bubbles in a short time.
