PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly ventilate the inside of a shoe in the shoe provided with blowing means for blowing air to a space inside the shoe. SOLUTION: A shoe inner side surface 102 is formed with air distributing grooves 16e and 18c opened to the outside air for distributing air and having clearances 16h and 18d to a foot 200 and an air distributing path 101 opened to the air distributing grooves 16e and 18c on one end side and opened to the outside air on the other end side for distributing the air, and includes a blower 27 for blowing the air inside the air distributing path 101 to either one of one end side and the other end side.
