PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for a display rack, in which information of goods placed on a shelf board of the display rack can be favorably displayed in a large display card. SOLUTION: The display device for a display rack is provided with an installation base part 2 to be fixed on a shelf board beam 9 on a bottom of the shelf board 8, support rails detachably fixed to a rail holding part, and a slide table 4 of which side parts are supported on the support rails in such a way that it can be drawn back and forth, having a display card holder 5 on an upper surface. It is thus installed on the bottom part of the shelf board to show the display card on the display card holder 5 as the slide table 4 is drawn. On the installation base part 2, a shelf board fixing part in a roughly U-letter shape to open upward is provided, and set screws are driven at a front part of the shelf board fixing part to be capable of pushing the shelf board beam 9 of the shelf board 8 at tip parts.
