PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily eliminate plugging with IC tokens, in a game medium dispenser using IC tokens. SOLUTION: An opening 80 is formed on a side panel 24 which covers a turning disk 26 to expose a part of one face of the rotary disk 26 to the outside. When the periphery of the rotary disk is plugged with IC tokens, the plugging is eliminated by operating the exposed part with a tool or fingers to move the turning disk.
