Disclosed is a chassis comprising a mopping system receptacle for accommodating a mopping system, particularly a mopping system with a bucket and/or a cloth squeezer and/or a cloth centrifuge. The inventive chassis further comprises a braking device which switches the chassis from an unblocked position, in which the chassis can be moved, especially rolled, into a blocked position, in which the chassis is blocked and is secured against rolling off, when a force is applied to the mopping system receptacle.
