<p>Process and plant for continuous manufacture of latex foam articles are provided to enhance final operation of goods by being related to manufacture processes and being inserted in the goods. Process for continuous manufacture of latex foam articles includes the steps of: providing a substantially flat flexible band(18) of unlimited length and provided with a plurality of through openings, proximate to a first station; laying the flexible band on the laying surface(3) protuberances(7); advancing continuously the flexible band with the laying surface; introducing the mixture in the band openings; forming a latex foam layer comprising a lower portion(23) and an upper portion(24) respectively below and above the band; pressing the band against the laying surface protuberances, with the upper portion weight; gelating, vulcanising, drying a foam block(2) incorporating the band; cutting the foam continuous block incorporating the band with consecutive cross cuts at a predetermined distance from each other.</p> |
