A driving chip and a display device with the same are provided to compensate a difference of remaining amounts of conductive particles of an ACF(anisotropic conductive film) by disposing conductive bumps of the driving chip such that areas of the conductive bumps increase inwardly from an edge area of a base. A base(110) includes a driving circuit therein. Conductive bumps 130 in plural rows are formed at a lower portion of the base, and are disposed such that areas thereof increase inwardly from an edge area of the base. A conductive line(120) electrically connects the driving circuit and the conductive bumps. The conductive bumps disposed at a center portion of the base have the largest area. The conductive bumps include input bumps(131) of at least one row. The conductive bumps include output bumps(132) of at least two rows.
