A structure of an air bag door at a passenger seat is provided to increase joining between a crash pad and an air bag door unit by forming embossment at a joint between the crash pad and the air bag door unit. A structure of an air bag door at a passenger seat comprises an air bag door unit(10) and a crash pad(20). The air bag door unit includes a door body(21) and a recess(26) and rotates outwards when an air bag(1) inflates to protect a passenger sitting on the passenger seat. A concave portion(22) is formed on a first slope(24) of a door body. The recess is longitudinally formed at one side of the door body. The crash pad has a second slope(14) provided with an embossed portion(12) fit to the concave portion. The crash pad is integrated with the air bag door unit to hide joining line between the crash pad and the air bag door unit.
