An auto-cruise controller is provided to prevent rapid rotation of an engine generated to maintain auto-cruise, and to secure stability of a car body by automatically canceling the auto-cruise in case of being accidentally in a neutral gear position by operation of a speed change lever. An auto-cruise controller comprises a clutch sensing unit(11a), a speed change lever sensing unit(11b) and a controller(12). The clutch sensing unit outputs a first signal in case of operating a clutch. The speed change lever sensing unit outputs a second signal in case of operating a speed change lever. The controller controls function of auto-cruise on the basis of the first and second signals. The controller cancels the function of the auto-cruise when the first signal is not inputted and the second signal is inputted.
