<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller member capable of achieving the saving of labor for assembling work when two bearing members are fixed on a rotary shaft and the roller member is assembled between a pair of supporting side walls by reducing the number of other components necessary for assembly. <P>SOLUTION: In the roller member 1 having a roller body 11, the rotary shaft 12 of the roller body 11, and the bearing members fixed on the rotary shaft 12 on the outside at both ends of the roller body 11, respectively, one of the two bearing members thereof is a flanged bearing 7 equipped with a bearing main body 7a and a flange part 7b whose outside diameter is larger than a bearing hole part 41, and the other of the two bearing members is a flange-less bearing 8 equipped with no flange part. The roller device 60 having the roller member 1 and a supporting side plate 4 includes a roller restraining member 5 functioning as a roller member axial direction positioning means for positioning the axial direction of the roller member by preventing the roller member 1 in such a state that the flanged bearing 7 and the flange-less bearing 8 are engaged in the bearing hole parts 41 from moving to the flange-less bearing 8 side, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
