DISPLAY DEVICE, DATA PROCESSING METHOD AND DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM USING THE DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the modification of a POS system in application of bonus data such as an electronic coupon to the POS system.

SOLUTION: The display device includes a non-contact communication means 3a for reading a card identifier ID stored in a memory of an IC card; a barcode generation unit 22 for generating a two-dimensional code of bonus data correlated to the card identifier ID read by the non-contact communication means 3a; and a display unit 13 for displaying the bonus data generated by the barcode generation unit 22 in a two-dimensional code. The bonus data displayed in the two-dimensional code displayed on a display unit 13 can be read by a barcode reader 2a of a POS terminal 2.
