<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody reacting with 2-O-desulfated acharan sulfate, a hybridoma producing the same, and a detecting method and a detecting kit to which the antibody is applied. <P>SOLUTION: The antibody reacting with 2-O-desulfated acharan sulfate is produced by immunizing a mammal using as an antigen a substance obtained by causing a protein to chemically link to 2-O-desulfated acharan sulfate.
