<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified dual mode FEM corresponding to TD-SCDMA. <P>SOLUTION: The FEM includes a changeover switch 2 for a high-frequency band; a plurality of switch control circuits 3, 4, 5 provided corresponding to frequency bands to be used, and connected to the changeover switch 2; a constant voltage power source 6 connected to the changeover switch 2; and a TD-SCDMA system terminal. In this device, a transmission/reception changeover switch 11 for a TD-SCDMA to be connected to the TD-SCDMA system terminal is incorporated, and a power source line 28 for supplying constant voltage to the transmission/reception changeover switch 11 is connected to a power source line 27 for connecting the constant voltage power source 6 to the high-frequency band changeover switch 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
