PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system in which a plurality of image signals are composed and an image can be displayed on image display unit with an A/D converter of the number smaller than the number for an image signal input system and an image FIFO memory, the reduction of the manufacturing cost of the image processor and the volume reduction thereof are made possible. SOLUTION: The image processing system is equipped with the plurality of the A/D converters 11 which are simultaneously inputted in time sharing with the image signals of the two systems of the plurality of the input systems and convert the signals to the image data of the two systems, the plurality of the image processing systems having the plurality of the image FIFO memories 9, 10 which composite and accumulate the image data of the respective systems, and the image display unit 18 which simultaneously displays the image data for the input system components accumulated in the plurality of the FIFO memories 9, 10.
