PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure diagnosis apparatus for a car body, capable of accurately detecting failures caused by especially peeling of an adhesive. SOLUTION: Along with detecting an acceleration acting on a detection portion on the car body 10 with each acceleration sensor 21L-24R, a force to be inputted to the car body 10 through a left front wheel 11L from a road surface is detected with a force detection sensor 25. An FFT analyzer 6 calculates each frequency transfer function of acceleration response, with respect to the input of a force to the car body 10 based on these. A control unit 5 compares each frequency transfer function, calculated by the FFT analyzer 6 with each reference frequency transfer function, found previously, similarly in a state where the adhesive does not peel off. As a result, it is determined that the adhesive peels off, when there is generated a difference that is not smaller than a set value, in a specific frequency region of a specific frequency transfer function.
