PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus controller for relieving labor and a time in changing and adding a sensor. SOLUTION: The apparatus controller includes: a state information storage part 11 for storing state information where a sensor condition being the condition of values to be detected by the sensors S; a sensor condition establishment determination part 13 for determining whether the sensor condition of the state information read from the state information storage part 11 is established or not, based on the values detected by the sensors; a state establishment judging part 14 for determining whether a state defined by the state information is established or not based on the determination result obtained by the determination; and an apparatus control part 15 for controlling the apparatus according to the judgement result obtained by the determination. When the sensor is changed or added, the state information storage part 11 changes the state information of the sensor before being changed into the state information of the sensor after the change, or generates the state information for the added sensor to store it.
