PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a drive recorder function and a hands-free function to a mobile telephone as an aid of accident break-through and traffic safety, because traffic accident due to use of a mobile telephone during driving became social problem as mobile telephones spread and even a law was enforced, and there is a trend of mounting a drive recorder for recording a video image in order to study the cause objectively upon occurrence of a traffic accident. SOLUTION: An exclusive installation stand for sensing the impact of collision is attached in front of the driver's seat, and a drive recorder records the video image for a predetermined time before and after the sudden occurrence of a traffic accident by utilizing the video recording function of the mobile telephone. A hands-free function is also provided in the exclusive installation stand in order to contribute to traffic safety.
