PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a use method of a pressure sensitive adhesive pad, which improves working efficiency, by reducing a burden of a worker. SOLUTION: This pressure sensitive adhesive pad in a pressure sensitive adhesive pad laminated body R1 having: first and second separation sheets 3 and 4; and first and second pressure sensitive adhesive layers different in adhesive strength, on both obverse and reverse surfaces, is sent out one by one to a pressure sensitive adhesive pad taking-out position. Either one of the first and second separation sheets 3 and 4 is separated, and either one of the first and second pressure sensitive adhesive layers is exposed. A pad holder 22 of a pressure sensitive adhesive pad taking-out means is pressed to the one exposed pressure sensitive adhesive layer. The pressure sensitive adhesive pad adhering to the pad holder is held by tearing it off from the other separation sheet, and the other pressure sensitive adhesive layer is exposed. After it is determined that either one of the first and second pressure sensitive adhesive layers is used to be adhering to a pressure sensitive adhesive object, a pad roll R is installed on a horizontal shaft so that the pressure sensitive adhesive pad P is sent to a pad taking-out position in a state of turning a pressure sensitive adhesive layer opposite to the determined pressure sensitive adhesive layer to the pad holder side.
