PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool which guarantees the smooth rotational movement between a first member and a second member over a long period, and requires no skill in manufacture. SOLUTION: A cutting pliers 200 is composed of the first member 201 and the second member 202. The first member and the second member are mutually rotatably connected with a rotational central point as the center, and perform the function as the cutting pliers on one end side of the first member and the second member, and constitute a grip for enabling a user to hold the cutting pliers on the other end side.
