PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a verge structurer capable of positioning a covered member at a predetermined height position on a tilted member securely and preventing the existence of a clearance between the covered member and a water dripping member prohibiting intrusion of rainwater or blow-in of wind from into it. SOLUTION: The verge structural body 10 in a verge part K in which the tilted member 4 is arranged is composed of the covered member 7 having cross section formed into a substantially reverse L shape and the water draining-off member 5 having cross section formed into a substantially U shape. A hook part 722 is formed in an upper wall fringe part 721 of the covered member. When the hook part is hooked in an upper wall end fringe E of the water draining-off member and the covered member is turned, each of upper wall parts of the water draining-off member and the covered member is mutually overlapped and the clearance between them disappears, and the covered member can be accurately positioned.
