PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of the fading of colors on a material to be treated in a chemical conversion treatment, performed as a post treatment of galvanization, and to prevent the chemical conversion treatment from becoming expensive. SOLUTION: A water-permeable basket is used for conveying a material to be treated in the chemical conversion treatment, wherein an area brought into contact with the material to be treated in the basket is formed by an electric-corrosion resistant layer 5 obtained by firing a titanium material.
