PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-pack moisture-curable urethane resin composition excellent in coating adhesion and storage property. SOLUTION: The one-pack moisture-curable urethane resin composition comprises a urethane prepolymer, a varnish having a viscosity at 25°C of at least 9 poise obtained by causing a drying oil having an iodine value of more than 170 to polymerize, a polysiloxane derivative bearing at least one siloxane unit represented by formula (1), and calcium carbonate. In the formula, R<SP>1</SP>is at least one selected from the group consisting of methyl, ethyl and phenyl groups; and R<SP>2</SP>is a 1-30C saturated hydrocarbon group. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
