PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an olefin based crosslinked rubber composition having an outstanding vacuum moldability and a bending recovery property. SOLUTION: The olefin based crosslinked rubber composition comprises a crosslinkable rubber-like polymer (A) containing an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer comprising ethylene and a 3-20Cα-olefin, and an olefine based resin (B), wherein a degree of crosslinking of (A) is 50% or higher, a swelling index is 0.01 to less than 5, and a dispersion of (A) having a particle diameter of 100μm or more in the composition is one/mm<SP>2</SP>or less in average when measurement is performed regarding a surface of a flat plate test piece of the composition.
