<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing sheet maintaining printing property without deteriorating smoothness, having sufficient flame retardance even without containing a halogen based compound, additionally having excellent durability such that the flame retardancy can be maintained even after washing and with time, and having excellent appearance and good touch feeling. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet for flame retardant printing includes a printing layer comprising a polyurethane resin, a sheet like base material, and a urethane resin layer including a phosphor-based flame retardant agent comprising a metal base of a dialkyl phosphinic acid.
